#3455 Bob Cranshaw Natural 5-21 Pre-Owned
Out of stock
This bass belonged to the late, great Bob Cranshaw, an amazing musician who had a storied, 5-decade career supporting some of the brightest stars of the jazz and pop world and performed for shows like Saturday Night Live and Sesame Street. This bass was made in October 2000 and has the usual dings and scratches of a nearly 20 year-old instrument but is in overall excellent shape with little fret wear. Read more about his career here and here.
From Roger: “This is one of two basses I had the privilege of making for the Great Bob Cranshaw. It was always an honor and a pleasure to have this wonderful man come to my shop, frequently wearing his official Sesame Street jacket! Proceeds from this bass will go to his widow, Bobbi.”
