You do not need an appointment if you'd like to stop by and check out the shop and play the instruments in our showroom, but please leave yourself enough time to relax and have all of your questions answered without feeling rushed. Also, feel free to contact us to make sure we have the model you are interested in.
Please call us if you are coming to purchase strings or accessories to make sure we have them in stock for you.
While we do not offer "trade-ins", we are pleased to offer Sadowsky owners the opportunity to sell their pre-owned instruments on consignment. Sadowsky Guitars is only accepting instruments for consignment sale if the proceeds are being applied to a new order. Our commission is 20% of the agreed upon selling price.
Here’s how it works …
Contact us ahead of time to discuss any details as well as to let us know that your instrument is heading our way. Send it to Sadowsky Guitars fully insured with a note in the case that includes all of your contact information. We will inspect the instrument and confirm an agreed selling price. If we conclude that additional work is needed to enhance the sale of the instrument, we will consult with you and provide you with our point-of-view. Any such work we perform will be at the owner’s expense. The instrument will then be set up and listed on our “In Stock” page as a Pre-Owned Instrument and sold on seven-day approval … as would any new Sadowsky.
We believe this service will be an excellent way for Sadowsky owners to make sure they get the maximum resale value from their instruments in the event that they want to sell them.
Only Sadowsky instruments are accepted for repairs or modifications. Please call or e-mail us before bringing or shipping your instrument to us to discuss what you'd like done as well as our ability to accommodate you. Always ship your instrument fully insured with a note in the case so that we'll be able to contact you before and after the work is completed.
