• Approximate cab fare from lower Manhattan is $7.00–10.00. Car service is available back to Manhattan ranging from $10.00–25.00, depending upon location.

• You can even take a beautiful walk over the Brooklyn Bridge as we are located only minutes from the end of the walkway.

• Take the "F" train to the York Street Station, which is right on the corner of York and Jay, then walk along Jay Street towards the waterfront. Our building is between Plymouth and John Streets.

• On the Brooklyn bound "F", exit at the rear of the train (Manhattan bound, the front of the train). When you come out onto the street go right (you are on Jay Street) and walk 3 short blocks toward the waterfront.

• From Manhattan, you can also take the A, C, B or D train to West 4th Street and transfer to the F to York Street Station. Follow above directions when exiting at York Street.

If you plan to drive, there is a underground parking garage at the far corner of our building. We've provided quick directions from Manhattan, the Staten Island/Bay Ridge area and Queens/Long Island below.

• From Manhattan:  Take the Manhattan Bridge, upper level. Take the first exit for the BQE. The exit ramp will bring you directly onto Jay Street. The BQE entrance is the first right turn. DON'T TURN — Go straight and follow the Jay Street DETOUR signs under the bridge. You will come to a T intersection and will make a right and a quick left to stay on Jay Street. Follow Jay Street to the end and we are the second building off the water on the left.

• Or, take the Brooklyn Bridge: Take first exit, Cadman Plaza West. Bear right at exit fork. Make first right onto Prospect Street. Go 3 blocks to Jay Street. Turn left onto Jay and proceed 4 blocks.

• From Staten Island/Bay Ridge Area:  Take the BQE toward Triboro Bridge. Exit at Cadman Plaza West. Turn right on Cadman Plaza West/Old Fulton Street. Continue for two lights on Cadman Plaza West. Turn left on Prospect Street. Proceed 4 blocks to Jay and make a left.

• From Queens/Long Island:  Merge onto Long Island Expressway. Take the exit (#17) towards I-278 West (Brooklyn Queens Expressway/Brooklyn/48 Street. Keep right at the fork in the ramp (.09 miles). Keep left at the fork in the ramp (.33 miles). Merge onto the BQE. Take the Tillary Street exit (#29) towards Manhattan Bridge/Brooklyn Civic Center. Merge onto Tillary Street. Pass the Flatbush Ave/Manhattan Bridge intersection and make the next right onto Jay Street. Go straight and follow the Jay Street DETOUR signs under the bridge. You will come to a T intersection and will make a right and a quick left to stay on Jay Street. Follow Jay Street to the end and we are the second building off the water on the left.
