| Roger Sadowsky answers: Our bodies and necks are carved to our specifications on a CNC machine by our subcontactor. When the bodies come in, we fit each body to a neck and do all final customizing and finish sanding. When the necks come in, we true the fingerboards, fret and finish sand. We use the CNC machines for their precise consistency. |
