.....added a Soldano Lucky 13 head with the lead channel modded by Soldano for more fire.
Gorgeous tones.

About 8-10 years ago I tried the EBS Fafner head.
It was my #2 choice but  I opted for a Kern IP777 preamp-Crown K2 power amp setup instead because it sounded much better* to my ear. But the Fafner is/was very very nice.

I picked up a used Markbass Jeff Berlin Combo in December.  The Markbass is the best amp I have ever owned.  The bottom end is second to none.  The amp is also easy on my back and makes getting my gear to gigs and rehearsal a piece of cake.

In Asia the club usually provides the amps so you dont have to schlep your own in a cab.  The Eden is the best sounding (and fits in a portabag), followed by the SWR. The Ampeg is good for rock, less versatile than the other two.

Eden WTX 500 (mine, use it if clubs have separate enclosure)

Well my first Sadowsky bass (UV70-MB-ASH-5) is still a month or more from expected delivery. But when it arrives, it will be pumped through:

Sold nearly all my studio gear and cleaned up the music room; also got my gear back from the rehearsal space so I lined nearly  all of it up for one pretty osbscene guttonous photo.

I use a EBS combo, NeoGorm 212 together with my new Sadowsky that I got a couple of weeks ago. Brilliant!

Was in the states a month ago and purchased a GenzBenz Shuttlemax 12.0 which I use with a swedish built cabinet, TKS Engineering 2126 (2*12 + 1*6). I also run another cabinet together with the GB, Windmill customshop 2*12 + tweet. Use this now as my no1 rig. EBS is now reduced to a home practizing status.

Works great with my NYCV4 and MV5JP.
