I was hoping to ask Roger and all of you a question. i have a small room in my house where i practice and keep all my basses and amps etc. I also have a de-humidifier in there and have it set at 50% humidity. I was wanting to know what would be the best humidity level to keep the instruments safe and necks from warping thanks for all your help in advance
thanks for you help roger i'll look into it. but i have no idea how to "counersink" do i need a special drill bit ? never did it before. i'm just not very handy with tools. guess i need to start learning.
I have a Will Lee metro and was wanting to get a bell cover for it. does anyone know if i can buy one that will fit from roger and would the pickguard crack if i tried to drill screw holes through it ? Thanks
what a great looking bass. my will lee metro is only 8.35lbs its very light weight. i don't know if there's any lighter metros out there but i'm sure there is but 8.35 is fine with me. love my metro !!!
on my metro will lee i seem to have buzzing on the E & A strings only. it seems to be mostly when they're played open. is it something i'm doing or is it the bass? i've only had it for a few months so the strings and setup is the way it shipped from sadowsky nyc
how often should you really change strings. and if you're putting the same type strings on and you're happy with rogers orignal set up do you need to do anything ? i ask cause i'm always worried i'm gonna mess something else so i pay somebody to do it and hope they know what they're doing.
just got my Will Lee Metro and can't put it down. it's the best bass i ever played. a preamp that really works, tone controls that really make a difference and the neck is wonderful, and to top it off it's beautiful and 8.35lbs. i feel like selling my Lakland 55-94 and my Fenders and buying more Sadowskys. my goodness they're great. Roger i don't now how you do it but in my humble opinion you make the best basses on planet earth. i'm hooked and want more. this is like heaven on a june day. the portabag is also great. pockets for gear everywhere. well thought out. i'm telling everyone i know about Sadowsky guitars. i have #4209. thank you Roger.
does anyone have any photos of the hard shell cases? $250 sounds like alot for a case. i can get a fender for $150. i just want to know if they're worth $250
i'm wanting to get a will lee model and i'm new to sadowskys. i was just wanting to know is there that big of a difference between the metro & the nyc. should i hold off untill i have the money for a nyc or go ahead and get a metro now. thanks for your help.
