166  Sadowsky Basses / Sadowsky Basses / Re: Sadowsky design tweaks timeline on: June 02, 2010, 04:02:34 PM

Cool idea, I'd also be interested in knowing when they moved to the spokewheel truss rod adjuster.

That is the greatest Sadowsky 'perk' ever.   I love it; it makes my life so much easier when I change strings or when the seaons changes. I keep my guitars and basses in a room with radiant heat, humidifer, and central AC. But still, every so often I need to make a slight tweak to the truss rod.

TOTALLY ! With the constant humidity fluctuation that my city goes through - tweaks are part of life. I'm looking forward to this one !

Here are my two complementary beauties:

I could look at that P/J ---ALL day !!!
Tell me about it some. flats? how do you prefer the pup balance? what music do you use it to play? (as opposed to the J), can I have it?

I'm not sure if anyone's interested in this, but I've noticed that hardly anyone has made the "local time" adjustment on there profile. I think it's a great feature when checking another member's profile - to see what time it is where THEY live.
GO to "look & layout preferences" in "profile mod." The "forum time" appears to be "pacific time" in north america. Just ADD the number of hours to reach the time where you live. ....or not ... Grin

What about a thread with photos and stories about our visit to the shop? I finally made it to Jay Street last year and getting to know Roger, Kevin and Alex was a thrill; I missed the other guys and girls but had a chance to also meet Madison, what a nice 'girl'!

the wall of lust:

I remember you saying you would like  a solid colour P/J w/ rw "for a change"  Undecided Did you by any chance try that gorgeous green one on the right ?

I'm tweaking things as we go along.  Today I set up a specific category for Basses and for Guitars and moved the appropriate threads.  Let me know if you have any suggestions for the general organization of the Forum.

When viewing the threads listings, is there any way to click directly to the "last posting" on any given thread ?
