5  Sadowsky Basses / Sadowsky Basses / #5710 Checking In on: December 22, 2010, 12:19:09 PM
This bass is simply smokin' and completely blown me away!!!! The built quality, craftsmanship, etc. I don't even need to tweak the bass after it arrived home from NYC consider it is already travelled around the world, I just plug and play. The resonance is GREAT and SING!!

Thanks the Sadowsky gang so much for building me this amazing instrument and Kevin for the entire ordering process and assistances on everything I have requested.  Grin

11  Sadowsky Basses / Sadowsky Basses / Re: Is there a preferred Straplock for Sadowsky basses? on: October 26, 2010, 02:27:50 AM
I've never had a metro, maybe there's someone who knows more that can help us out? Do metros come with straplocks as standard?

Metros don't come with straplocks like NYC's.
12  Sadowsky Basses / Sadowsky Basses / Re: Is there a preferred Straplock for Sadowsky basses? on: October 25, 2010, 12:05:49 PM
I personally prefer Dunlop recessed straplock, I have it on all my basses.  Smiley
13  Sadowsky Basses / Sadowsky Basses / Re: Hardware question on: October 19, 2010, 10:02:33 PM
Hi,

I've noticed that on early Metro basses the bridge plate corners are rounded - like on a NYC bridge. On newer Metros the corners are sharp.
Did early Metros use NYC bridges/hardware?

Here's a current Metro:

Here's an early one:

Thanks
Ronen
