Your Australian friends think it's worth trying out!  It was interesting to read some of the history of that guitar (not my style of music usually, but I enjoyed the film and it's a great soundtrack), and looks like a nice guitar too.  Hope you bond with the guitar when you try it out and that it finds a good home with you and stays here in oz.  Nice to know my guitars have a few Sadowsky guitar "cousins" around.

Hi Allen!  Good to know the Nylon's still working out well!  (got your last email, but have been a bit slack on my replies lately  Roll Eyes).
 Cool

These guys were one of my favourite jazz-fusion bands back in the early 90's and I recently got hold of their Live in Reykjavic DVD from 2007.

I was very pleasantly surprised to fire up the DVD and see both Fredrik Karlsson (Guitar) and Johann Asmundsson (Bass) both with Sadowsky guitars throughout the DVD.

It's quite well filmed too, so there's no mistaking the name on the headstock!

Brilliant playing all round from the band on this too - very slick musicianship and well worth a look/listen for anyone familiar with the band or those that like their jazz-fusion on the funky side.  Despite a no-frills stage/set it's been well filmed and the sound quality is great too.

Chris
