Hours of Operation

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

You do not need an appointment if you'd like to stop by and check out the shop and play the instruments in our showroom, but please leave yourself enough time to relax and have all of your questions answered without feeling rushed. Also, feel free to contact us to make sure we have the model you are interested in.

Please call us if you are coming to purchase strings or accessories to make sure we have them in stock for you.

Phone orders are gladly accepted, however we request that you place a minimum order of $50 when calling to place your order.

Repairs and Consignments

Only Sadowsky instruments are accepted for repairs, modifications or consignment sales.

Please call or e-mail us before bringing or shipping your instrument to us to discuss what you'd like done as well as our ability to accommodate you. Always ship your instrument fully insured with a note in the case so that we'll be able to contact you before and after the work is completed.
